Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations within 1 day after the order is placed. If the order is cancelled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

We also accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. However, once the order has been processed and shipped out, we cannot cancel the order.

Please note that the merchant processes orders within 1-5 business days after the customer places an order.If a consumer initiates the cancellation of an order earlier than the shipping time and within the time period specified by the website for initiating the cancellation of an order, the order can be cancelled


Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address before sending your package.

Notes

  • Custom-order or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day refund policy.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., wrong size selection, personal preference), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee is based on the courier service you choose.

  • If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect product), the consumer does not need to bear the return shipping fee.

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
